Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Kokomo, IN is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our compassionate team. You will assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists and provide direct patient care in a senior living and assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Valid state PTA licensure or license eligible.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with proficient use of therapy tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure coordinated care.
