Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support therapy services across Kokomo, Peru, and Wabash facilities. The PTA assists the licensed physical therapist, delivers skilled care, and supports treatment plans in home health, SNF, and outpatient settings.

You'll contribute to case management, discharge planning, and patient interaction while adhering to state regulations.
