Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Decatur, GA. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, provide direct patient care, and document progress under the supervision of Physical Therapists.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a PTA, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists and provide direct patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress; educate patients and families on treatment protocols.
• Document treatments and progress in line with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Therapists and healthcare staff for coordinated patient care.
