HealthPro Heritage is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at our Senior Living facility in Sandy Springs, GA. This role involves assisting with treatment plans and providing direct patient care to help residents maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Associate PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Active state PTA license or eligible for licensure.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing PT plans with therapists.

• Document progress and communicate with the team.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure coordinated care.
