Independence Rehab is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team. You will split time between Emerald Valley ALF, Waterford Grand ALF, and Spring Valley ALF to support residents in Eugene. This role requires 16-20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
• A collaborative attitude, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary care team to help patients regain mobility and achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Provide individualized treatment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, helping patients build strength and confidence.
• Support patients to return to their highest possible level of independence.
