Job summary

Infinity Rehab at Tierra Rose in Salem, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team. Flexible schedule M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th with 4, 6, or 8 hours per day or PRN.

You will provide physical therapy services to residents, including treatment and documentation, under the direction of a physical therapist. We emphasize evidence‑based practice, offer free CEU opportunities through CEU360, and provide excellent health benefits and 401K options.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• One year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Deliver PTA services to residents with documentation and communication under the supervision of a physical therapist.
