Athletico Physical Therapy in Lincolnwood, IL is hiring a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist with treatments and administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with state practice acts.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prefer rehab tech experience, and demonstrate strong communication, time management, and compassion towards patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; intern preferred.
• Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Energetic, team player, compassionate toward patients.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs) and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens, restocks with supplies.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments, files paperwork.
• Keeps track of non-medical and medical supplies and assists inventory.
