Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide for our Dallas clinic. You will deliver exceptional patient service, assist therapists, and support front-office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards assisting individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Help create a positive clinic culture and assist patient needs during transitions, including friendly customer service.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with tasks during downtime (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing, etc.).
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
