Responsibilities

• Assist patients as they transition to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide customer service and maintain a positive clinic environment during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist directions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
