Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks a licensed psychotherapist to provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings within skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to address anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns in residents, ensuring treatment plans meet medical necessity.

Requirements include a Master's in social work or doctoral degree in psychology and current licensure in your state.

Qualifications

• Licensed in-state LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT required.
• Master's degree in social work or doctoral degree in psychology required for specific licensure.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Consult with primary care physicians and facility staff as needed.
• Document treatment plans and therapy sessions within 48 hours.
• Maintain open communication with facility staff on care needs.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
