Eventus WholeHealth in Virginia is seeking a licensed mental health clinician (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT) to join our team providing recovery-oriented rehabilitation in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

You will develop treatment plans, coordinate with primary care and facility staff, and maintain confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA. A Master’s in social work and state licensure are required; experience in long-term care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of assessment techniques and psychotherapy approaches.
• Familiarity with DSM and diagnostic tools.
• Understanding of HIPAA rules and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate consults with physicians, family, and facility staff.
• Document therapy sessions and plan updates per policy.
• Maintain professional communications with facility staff and care teams.
• Adhere to all legal, regulatory and ethical standards.
