• Full licensure in the applicable state is required.
• 2 years of clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and evaluates patient care according to identified needs.
• Manages clients in crisis utilizing appropriate therapeutic skills and assessment techniques.
• Writes treatment plans and discharge plans based on diagnosis and clinical presentation.
• Collaborates with guardians and community agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
• Completes patient care assignments with accurate documentation and billing information.
• Designs and delivers patient education.
• Maintains open communication with the healthcare team for patient outcomes.
