Texas A&M University - Texarkana invites applications for part-time Adjunct Instructor of Psychology to support Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027. Courses may be offered face-to-face, web-enhanced, hybrid, or online and may run 5, 8, 10, or 16 weeks per term.

Compensation is per section taught at multiple levels. Qualifications include a Master’s degree with 18 graduate credits for undergraduate courses, or a Doctorate/terminal degree with 18 graduate credits for graduate courses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the teaching discipline or related field, including a minimum of 18 graduate level credit hours in the teaching discipline. Degree and coursework must be obtained from a regionally accredited institution.
• Doctorate or terminal degree in the teaching discipline, or closely related field, including a minimum of 18 graduate level credit hours in the teaching discipline. Degree and coursework must be obtained from a regionally accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Teach Psychology courses in Face-to-face, web-enhanced, hybrid, or online modalities. Courses may include Statistics, General Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Psychology of Personality, and Brain and Behavior.
• Coordinate course administrative duties: grading, loading content, meeting with students, submitting grades timely, census and grade deadlines, and other duties as needed.
