Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Social Work or related field with 18+ semester credit hours in that discipline.
• Two years teaching experience in higher education.
• Doctorate degree in teaching discipline (preferred).
• Three to five years of professional experience in a human services-related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Teaching assigned courses in Psychology and related disciplines with high-quality delivery.
• Curriculum development; update materials and align with academic standards.
• Provide timely feedback, hold office hours, and mentor students.
• Assess student work using defined course rubrics and grading policies.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve instructional quality and student success.
• Engage in professional development to stay current in the field.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and documentation.
