Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Performs professional psychology duties including providing assessment, referral, follow‑up and crisis intervention services.
• Provides management consultation to supervisors with concerns about employee job performance and/or behavior deterioration which may involve guiding manager through KEAP referral process.
• Creates and maintains confidential files regarding casework involving both paperwork and data entry.
• Serves as liaison between employees and third‑party administrators for behavioral health benefits or referral resources.
• Develops and provides presentations on Mental Health and work‑related concerns upon request.
