Qualifications

• Licensing and ability to practice psychology in the state of employment.
• Experience delivering mental health services in clinical settings.
• Knowledge of diagnostic methods and psychological evaluation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and consultation services consistent with professional standards and institutional policies.
• Conduct direct clinical services including diagnosis, treatment, psychological testing, and crisis intervention.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards of care and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Develop and implement goals and objectives for clinical services and assist in staff recruitment and selection.
• Notify appropriate personnel of serious incidents and provide professional education and staff development as needed.
