Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments (trauma-informed).
• Carry a clinical caseload providing therapeutic services to adults, children, and families.
• Presenting issues may include addictions/substance abuse; family, parenting, and marital problems; stress management; self-esteem; aging.

Essential Functions

• Conduct assessments under supervision;
• maintain a clinical practice (individual, couple, family, group; in-person or telehealth);
• evaluation/diagnosis/treatment of emotional disorders within scope;
• quarterly reviews and planned terminations;
• provide family life education groups;
• maintain records and outcomes measurement;
• attend weekly clinical meetings and multidisciplinary reviews;
• case management/collateral contacts;
• represent agency on committees;
• provide after-hours counseling/crisis intervention by phone, as scheduled.
