Wellpath in Kentucky seeks a Licensed Psychological Associate to deliver comprehensive mental health services within correctional facilities. Under supervision, you will conduct psychological assessments, provide therapy, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with facility staff to ensure quality care.

This full-time on-site role offers ongoing training and access to clinical resources, with a $9K bonus to support the transition and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology.
• Experience with mental health delivery systems; knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders and psychological evaluation techniques.
• Licensed as a Licensed Psychological Associate in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and consultation services in line with APA, NCCHC, and ACA standards, including diagnosis, treatment, psychological testing, evaluations, treatment planning, counseling, and crisis management under supervision.
• Ensures clinical services adhere to ethical standards and participates in case staffing and quality improvement activities.
• Completes clinical documentation professionally and promptly, maintaining data for departmental statistics and developing goals for clinical services with supervisors.
• Delivers staff training on mental health issues and assists in policy development.
• Participates in 24-hour crisis intervention system and notifies supervisor of serious incidents.
