Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients under RN supervision.
• Maintain safe, therapeutic environment and document in EMR.
• Obtain clinical measurements and vital signs; assist with daily living activities.
• Record data, monitor patient status, and report changes to RN.
• Support Health Unit Coordinator duties and patient care coordination.
