Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners in Towson, MD is seeking a Part-time Assistant Property Manager for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm. This onsite role involves coordinating resident services, collecting rents, and supporting property operations to ensure safety, appearance, and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in property management or leasing, and holds or is willing to obtain COS and TCS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• NCHM COS & TCS Certification or equivalent certification or ability to obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Process rents, monitor delinquencies, and maintain records.
• Assist Property Manager and provide supervision in their absence.
• Prepare reports on operational and financial data and support training sessions.
