Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Residential Real Estate Property Management with at least 1 year supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of local and federal laws
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC and Blended Occupancy/Layered Financing Affordable Housing
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Responsibilities

• HR/Payroll management of site personnel
• Maintains high occupancy by leasing property promptly
• Maintains tenant files and application intake, recertifications and eligibility
• Interaction with tenants including rent collection, lease administration and retention
• Conducts timely property inspections (move-in/out, housekeeping)
• Prepares rent rolls, delinquency reports and occupancy records
• Ensures units are decent, safe, and sanitary
• Documents deficiencies and prioritizes repairs with timely completion
• Weekly/Monthly reporting to corporate headquarters
• Other duties as necessary
