The Englewood Group is seeking a part-time property manager for a lease-up affordable property in Rochester, Indiana.

Responsibilities include collecting rents, showing vacant units, processing applications, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and USDA regulations. You will help maintain occupancy targets and supervise maintenance staff.

Work schedule requires approval for hours beyond listed and strict adherence to property policies.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents, security deposits and other charges; scan checks daily and do not accept cash.
• Show vacant apartments to prospective tenants and process rental applications.
• Submit verifications for income and assets; escalate to Compliance Department as needed.
• Monitor and maintain common areas, laundry rooms, and grounds; schedule repair visits.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors; ensure work is completed and secured.
• Maintain occupancy targets and report to Regional Manager; ensure Fair Housing compliance.
