CMS Housing is seeking a Part Time Property Maintenance Technician to manage 46 units in Morningside. The role requires an on-call emergency rotation and reside within 30 minutes of the site.

You will perform routine maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting, complete work orders, refurbish turnovers, and assist cleaning of common areas. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Experience completing work orders.
• Experience refurbishing turnovers.
• Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when necessary.
• Grounds maintenance and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.

• Refurbish unit turnovers.
• Assist with cleaning common spaces as needed.

• Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
• Completing work orders
• Refurbishing turnovers
• Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when neccesary
• Grounds maintenance, snow removal
• 24/7 Emergency On-Call rotation required
• Must live within *30 minutes* of site
• Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
• Valid State Drivers License and access to a vehicle
