Responsibilities

• Execute daily maintenance requests professionally and expediently.
• Coordinate with emergency maintenance needs and move-ins.
• Make repairs to doors, locks, tiles, and handrails.
• Monitor and work with outside contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain paperwork and invoices.
