Job summary

Audacy Houston is seeking a Part-Time Promotions Assistant to help run on-site appearances, remotes, and promotional activities, supporting the Promotions and Sales teams. The role requires strong organization, good communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be organized.
• Ability to communicate well.
• Flexible hours including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
• Video and graphics experience is helpful.
• Self-starter who can multitask and meet deadlines.
• Positive/upbeat attitude with customers/listeners.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and, if needed, proof of insurance and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned on-site appearances (remotes), promotional activities and special projects, including setup/breakdown, prizes and signage.
• Assist promotions and sales staff with station promotional activity inside and outside the station.
• Facilitate on-site setup and station visibility; coordinate with clients during events.
• Execute on-location activations and promotions to boost audience interaction.
• Support other marketing duties as assigned by the manager.
