Job summary

PIDF is seeking a Project Specialist in Hawaii to provide essential program support for achieving goals and objectives. The role is 20 hours per week, primarily morning hours, with some evenings or weekends for events as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff travel, preparing training materials, maintaining inventories, managing calendars, creating promotional flyers, attending meetings, and assisting with family outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus at least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license with insurance and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff travel, trainings, and related logistics.
• Prepare training materials and maintain office inventory.
• Keep an up-to-date calendar of events and create event flyers.
