Godshall Recruiting is seeking a part-time accounting/financial analysis professional in the United States to monitor financial performance against approved budgets, improve billing accuracy, and track labor and all project costs across multiple assignments.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting or financial analysis, a strong understanding of job costing or project accounting, proficiency with accounting software, and advanced Excel skills; a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is

• Strong understanding of job costing or project accounting.
• Proficient with accounting software and advanced Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor financial performance against approved budgets
• Improve billing accuracy and facilitate smooth billing processes
• Track labor and all project costs
• Validate invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Prepare invoices and review them for accuracy
• Conduct financial reporting and analysis
