Responsibilities

• Welcome families, greet the public and screen calls, and leave detailed messages.
• Ensure security functions for visitors entering the building.
• Assist with ordering for the center and maintain calendars.
• Receive and manage supplies and packages; support kitchen and drills.
• Provide admissions support and help with program operations.
