Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a part-time Program Support Aide to work at the Center for Industrial Training facility in Mechanicsburg.

This role performs office duties (phones, filing, greeting visitors) and provides vocational supports to participants. It also includes lunch coverage, helping trainees with belongings and transportation, and occasional coverage for other staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience or interest in working with adults with disabilities is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Cover phones and assist with filing.
• Greet visitors, trainees and staff.
• Provide vocational supports to an assigned participant or group.
• Lunch coverage during trainee lunches.
• Assist trainees with belongings and transportation.
• Provide coverage for other staff as needed.
