Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) seeks a part-time Program Support Aide to work at the Center for Industrial Training facility in Mechanicsburg. The role covers phones, filing, greeting visitors, trainees and staff, and provides vocational supports to participants.

Hours are 8:00am to 1:00pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for extra hours. Starting pay is $13.54 per hour with dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability, and 60 hours of paid time

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with adults with disabilities is helpful.
• Ability to cover phones, greet visitors and assist with filing.

Responsibilities

• Cover phones, assist with filing, and greet visitors, trainees and staff.
• Provide vocational supports to participants or groups.
• Provide lunch coverage and assist with belongings and transportation.
• May cover for other staff as needed.
