Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) seeks a Community Support Aide to join our Community Fusion program in Carlisle. This part-time role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by helping them access neighborhood services and participate in volunteer activities, under supportive supervision.

Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 2:30pm, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in utilizing neighborhood services and participating in volunteer opportunities.
