Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Michigan is seeking a Program Director to lead and grow the LifeWise program in your community. You’ll build relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and volunteers, and represent the program with integrity.

You’ll also lead fundraising, donor stewardship, recruit and support team members, and oversee scheduling, enrollment and budgeting. This part-time role requires 15-20 hours/week with occasional events.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration or community engagement is helpful.
• Heart for the mission and the ability to collaborate with diverse partners is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Conduct church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives.
• Encourage ongoing financial partnerships to support growth.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families.
• Coordinate teams to ensure classes run smoothly and safely.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship of resources.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
