Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Howell, Michigan is seeking a part-time Program Director to help grow its LifeWise program in local communities. You will build relationships with schools, churches and families, and lead fundraising and donor stewardship to sustain the program.

You'll recruit and support volunteers, ensure classes run smoothly, and manage scheduling, enrollment and basic administration while upholding a Christ-centered culture. Flexible, mission-driven role.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members
• Foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks
• Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship of resources
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures
