Job summary

Howard County Government is seeking a part-time Program Support role to assist the Office of Human Trafficking Prevention with administrative coordination, meeting logistics, outreach follow-up, and light research. The position also supports program work related to human trafficking and victim services.

This is a contingent, hourly position with varying hours based on funding and need; fringe benefits are limited to those required by law.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and/or a minimum of one (1) year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support task management and project tracking for OHTP initiatives.
• Assist with calendar management and meeting scheduling.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and partner events.
• Organize internal documentation and workflow systems.
• Track outreach, trainings, and partnership activities.
• Assist with follow-up communication with community partners.
• Provide logistical support for outreach initiatives.
• Conduct light research related to trafficking prevention strategies and policies.
• Assist with documentation of system-level initiatives and projects.
• Support preparation of meeting materials and summaries when needed.
• Other related duties may be assigned.
