Job summary

The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a temporary, part-time Program Coordinator to support the PROUD program during a staffing transition. The role focuses on maintaining continuity of operations, onboarding and training the incoming full-time Program Coordinator, and coordinating grant-related reporting and clinic activities.

This position is contingent on funding and reports to the Principal Investigator, with day-to-day direction

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day grant activities and assist with clinic operations.
• Maintain communication with patients and community partners, supporting PIs and grant reporting requirements.
• Provide hands-on training to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to program operations.
