Job summary

The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Pennsylvania seeks a Program Coordinator to support the PROUD program, a grant-funded interdisciplinary clinic focused on maternal and child health outcomes related to opioid use disorder.

The role oversees day-to-day grant tasks, supports PIs and project team, coordinates clinic activities, and ensures wraparound services and funder reporting are completed. Strong communication and coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with academic medicine, IRBs, and federal grants a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with PI and team during clinic hours to assist with patient communication, visit scheduling, resource connection, group facilitation and task delegation.
• Maintain patient communication outside of clinic hours to assist with resource referral, scheduling, programmatic questions, and follow up appointments.
• Attend all team meetings, partner meetings and trainings, and provide updates to funder on work being accomplished.
• Ensure 360 communication with team around patient needs, tracking referrals for external resources, and ensuring follow up around patient needs is completed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
