Job summary

Company Distilling Co in East Tennessee is seeking a part-time Production Assistant to support daily production, warehousing, and logistics.

You will work with the Production Lead, assisting bottling, labeling, inventory, and deliveries, with some travel to other locations and possible overnight stays. No distilling experience required; must be reliable, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in production or warehousing is helpful but not required.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bottling, labeling, packaging, and barreling operations.
• Support day-to-day production activities as directed by the Production Lead.
• Receive, organize, and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate equipment, inventory, or operational concerns promptly.
