Widow Jane Distillery in Red Hook, Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a hands-on Production Associate to support daily whiskey production. You will work with operations and production teams on mashing, fermentation, cleaning, inventory, and general distillery tasks.

The role requires comfort in a physical production setting, strict adherence to SOPs, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with opportunities to contribute across the production floor.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in brewery/distillery/manufacturing/production facility; beverage/alcohol preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; box truck experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with production equipment.
• Follow SOPs and maintain clean, safe work area.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate company vehicles, including a box truck, to transport materials and inventory.
• Safely operate a forklift for moving and organizing materials.
• Clean and sanitize production tanks per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment.
• Complete daily cleaning routines for production rooms and tools.
• Handle chemicals safely according to guidelines.
