Job summary

Elephants Delicatessen Milwaukie Kitchen is seeking a Production Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to Production managers and supervisors. You will handle invoices, requisitions, reports, and data entry across departments, ensuring accurate reporting and timely communication.

The role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual with 1+ year in admin/office support, familiarity with production software, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of admin/office support experience, ideally in production or food service.
• Experience navigating databases and reporting; Restaurant365 or similar preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• An associate or bachelor's degree in business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoices, requisitions, and production reports; transfer data into reports and adjust quantities.
• Oversee admin functions in production management software (order templates/guides, troubleshooting, recipe input).
• Support office operations by monitoring inventory, maintaining files, answering phones, and assisting managers.
• Produce and maintain labels, manage label inventory and ordering.
• Coordinate inter-office mail and food transfers; attend meetings and take notes; support menu management programs.
• Assist in documentation for COGS, R&D, and production-related meetings; ensure confidentiality and sanitation standards.
