Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Part-Time Production Associate to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and help prepare items for processing and sale. You will greet donors and customers, provide receipts, and maintain clean, organized work areas.

This role requires 6 months to 1 year of retail customer service experience and the ability to lift and move items. Flexible shifts include days, nights, weekends and holidays, with travel to various Goodwill locations

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail customer service experience.
• Ability to bend, lift and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication skills with ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers, accept donations, issue receipts and sort donated goods.
• Load and unload donated goods using a hand truck and move materials as needed.
• Restock supplies and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist in safeguarding people and property, follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
