Job summary

As part of a collaborative team, you will support seamless store operations, drive positive guest experiences, and uphold our standards for inclusivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the Right to Work documentation for local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Engage with guests to ensure a great experience and respect their time
• Assist guests with needs, offering customized purchases and return solutions
• Provide product education by describing value and benefits of items
• Support end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online, store pickup, ship from store)
• Move on the floor to assist guests and address store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues
