Advantage Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to drive sales through live events and sampling at locations where customers live and shop.

You'll welcome shoppers, demo products, and build lasting connections with clients and teammates while working in a fast-paced retail setting. No prior experience required; we provide training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
