Advantage Solutions is hiring a brand ambassador in Indianapolis to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing products to life through live events and sampling.

You’ll interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner, helping store teams showcase brands. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, and you must be 18+ with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
