Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly, upbeat team member to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling at the places people shop.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; you’ll work with flexible hours, with the ability to take additional shifts, and you’ll gain opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Maintain a safety-first approach in a retail environment.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team-building skills.
