Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to help shape shopping experiences by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling in retail environments.

You'll interact with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, stand for extended periods, handle some lifting, and work with store teams to promote brands. Training is provided, no prior experience required, with opportunities for growth and flexible hours.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
