Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly and energetic team member to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling in a retail setting. You will connect shoppers with products, share information, and promote a positive shopping experience while supporting store objectives.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers, be 18+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for several hours.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
