Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking friendly, energetic team members to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling in a retail setting. You will connect shoppers with products and create a positive shopping experience.

No prior experience required; we provide training and support. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, work 2–3 shifts per week including weekends, with reliable transportation. Earn $15.00 per hour plus eligibility for additional hours and benefits.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
