Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for a retail ambassador to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. You will connect shoppers with new products and provide friendly, enthusiastic service on the shop floor.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods while maintaining a safety-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Reliable transportation to work location.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
