Advantage Solutions is hiring for a retail promotional role in Fayetteville, AR. You will engage customers through food and beverage sampling, introducing them to new products and driving sales growth at participating retailers.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and team support. You should be friendly, energetic, and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor
• Willing to have reliable transportation to work location
• No prior experience required as training is provided

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
