Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a retail associate to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling and connecting shoppers with new products. You will create a positive in-store experience and represent our brand with enthusiasm.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. You should be 18+, available 2-3 shifts per week including weekends, and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to learn and take guidance from teammates
• Positive attitude and reliability in delivering great shopper experiences

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
